appearance: The easiest way to describe Toboe is feminine. He is very dainty and feminine looking. With a thin and delicate frame, angled features, puppy-dog eyes, and slightly flippy hair, many people first mistaken him for a young girl. His muscles still haven't fully developed, which give him an even more frail look.
Under his clothing, he tends to have an almost emaciated look to him. It isn't that he is emaciated, he just doesn't eat quite enough for his slowly growing body.
Due to Toboe hitting puberty late, he is still quite short for his age, and has a higher pitched voice than most of the other males in the school. Even most of the first years are taller, bulkier and deeper voiced than poor Toboe.
Clothing wise, Toboe isn't too picky. He typically wears a light colored button up shirt with nice fitting jeans (not skinny jeans, but not too baggy either). He tends to lean towards reds, pinks, maroons and red-purples. On his right wrist, he wears a stack of four, semi-thick, silver bracelets. [/ul][/size][/blockquote]

personality: Toboe is a pretty basic lil' fella'. He has almost nothing to hide, and his personality shines brightly almost all of the time. Toboe is always trying his best to be as nice as he possibly can, and even when he is frusterated with the person he is interacting with, he shows a nice, friendly side. If he is with one of his friends, or at least with a person he likes and enjoys being with, his friendliness glows even brighter. He tries his hardest to be a gentleman, though he often fails, and to entertain others with his goofy side.
Toboe's goofy-playful side is a major part of him. He always likes to have a good laugh, as long as it doesn't harm anyone else in any form. As long as it isn't hurting anyone, or thing for that matter, Toboe will happily joke, playfully tackle, and mess with his friends, or really anyone that seems to be enjoying his presence.
Toboe is very keen on taking notes of if anything or anyone is being harmed. He does not like to see other people upset in any way, and will often do his best to make everything better. There has been more than one time when Toboe has shed a few upset tears of his own over something such as a hurt bird, or dying mouse. He does not like to see anything in pain, and physical pain is his least favorite. Not to mention that he can't handle the sight of blood too well.[/ul][/size][/blockquote]

history: Toboe's mother was not the most smart person on the planet. She was a "strumpet" to say the least, and had a different man in her bed almost every night. Needless to say, Toboe was a result of this. The only reason he was brought into the world was because of his grandmother. It was because of his grandmother that his mother did not get that abortion that she had been planning.
When he finally did enter the world, it was not his mother that started taking care of him, no, it was his grandmother. His mother left him in her care, and only showed her face everyonce in a while.
Toboe grew up with his grandmother, only seeing his real mother every few months, usually on major holidays. It wasn't that his mother didn't like him, he was convinced that she liked him because she always hugged him and gave him gifts, it was just that she knew she couldn't raise him correctly. So she never took him back. Toboe often asked Granny about it, but was never too bothered by it. He liked living with his magical grandmother.
From a young age, Toboe started to show signs that he had magical talents like his grandmother. He could do small things such as make a toy move from one side of the room to the next, without batting an eyelash. Pleased with this, more like thrilled, Granny started to personally train her grandson the art of Magic. By the time he was thirteen, he was pretty skilled at Magical arts. He was even learning the art of shapeshifting from Granny, whom could shift into a calico cat.
At the age of fourteen, Toboe got his letter from SOHT, asking him to join the school. There was no question or hesitation in deciding if he would go or not. His grandmother was ecstatic, and told him he was going. Toboe only wanted to make Granny proud, so he did not aruge with her. The next year, he was sent to the school. In fact, he wasn't even sent. His grandmother happily moved into Ignis Town so that she could help him when he needed help.
Toboe passed his first two years with flying colors, and at the top of his class. The classes were basic and easy for him, thanks to the teachings he had gotten from his grandmother over the past years. Even with his classes going on, he visited his grandmother almost every day to get more training from her. By the middle of his second year, he finally mastered the technique that his grandmother called Spirit Animal shifting, which gave him the ability to shift into the one animal that represented him the best. His animal happened to be the wolf. At first he didn't like his second form, but over time he came to love it.
Now, Toboe hopes that his third year is more challenging than the last two, though he kind of doubts it.
