Igniss Equum, born in Westerville, Ohio, was a simple business man that had a degree in both finances and teaching. He spent much of his time traveling from place to place, selling things and spreading his teachings to all of the people that he met along the way. He was a friendly man with dark eyes, dark hair, and a disposition that everyone seemed to like.
During his travels, he met many interesting people with skills in areas that not many people accepted, and even fewer schools accepted. It upset the man to know that these people, who were all so talented in areas that could be useful, would not be able to get a degree in an area that they clearly loved. He was able to get a degree in the area's he liked, but that was because he was not talented in any areas different than the common person.
At the age of Twenty-five, Ignis Equum confronted a military base with one of his crazy ideas. He requested to have a partnership with the military, and to open a school where these talented people could get an education and then find a job in that area. The Military was hesitant at first, but after much planning and question answering, they agreed and they bought acres and acres of land out in the middle of no-where in the wilds of Wyoming. The school and all of its building were started on within a year.
After six years of waiting, the School of Hidden Talents opened up and took in its first class. The first class was of only eight people, but each year, more and more students joined, and before too long, a small town started to grow on the outskirts of the Campus. The Town was soon named Ignis Town, after the founder of the school.
In 1987, Mr Ignis Equus died at the age of ninety years old. He had still been headmaster of the school, and was found, dead in the headmasters chair. He had died peacefully in his sleep. His position went straight to his Dean, Mr. Shinra.
Mr. Shinra led the school up until December of 2011. He was out during the schools winter break and killed during a deer hunting accident.
In 2012, Mr. Shinra's son, Rufus Shinra, whom had been the Dean, took his place as the Headmaster.
